What is your processing time?
Processing time on everything BUT shirts, to-do lists, and memo pads are 1-3 business days from ordering. Shirts, to-do lists, and memo pads will take approximately 5-7 days processing days because all products are made to order. Do you offer wholesale?

What are B-Grade enamel pins?
B Grade enamel pins have minor scratches, smudges, and tiny air bubbles. You typically do not notice these flaws at first glance but the pins are still perfectly fine to use and are sold at a discount price!
What is your return policy?
I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If you order comes damaged or other problems with your order, please email me a photo of the damaged item and we will offer a replacement.
Where do you ship?
I ship anywhere in the United States and offer free shipping over $55.
I ship internationally and offer free shipping for orders over $65. At this time, I am not shipping to the EU because I am not GDPR compliant. I apologize for the inconvenience.
